Love of My Life
An introvert was my brotheren,
He loved to write the sudden,
Happenings of beginnings,
To endings,
To nothings,
In coming,
I seen him,
Both past-time rejects,
We learned to respect eachother,
Yeah...,
Now the detriments of yesterday are gone,
New problems arose,
And only him and I could sing the song,
Is it insensitive to love what was almost wrong,
Instead of hiding under this judgemental facade,
In the improv of living we proceeded to carry on,
Fights ceased and we became mutually involved,
The physical was never an obstacle,
The youth is in our eyes so we set that as a future goal,
Shunning society's ingrained innuendo,
Our love soon evolved to a crescendo,
And even more,
As we composed the lyrics to this harmony,
Our minds met and our very fingerprints matched identically.
