During my freshman year, I played for the high school soccer team. As the season unraveled itself, we realized that we were going to be a good team. At the end of the season, our record showed that we were undefeated. This took hard work and dedication that had to be made in order to maintain a record that we did. So, I figured that this poem is not only for soccer, but all students that strive for greatness.
