Why do babies
cry when they’re born?
Is it because
someone gave them scorn?
They’re inclined to mourn?
Cupid failed to toot his horn?
The two roads made them torn?
One of them went unborn?
Did no one think to warn?
And why do we accept it
as a social norm?
To be upset
to enter this world
filled with
only
happiness
peace
and love.
