Artist
The earth is a painting,
Emotions flowing from every pore.
Flourishes of life-
A red streak settled in the division.
Joy and sorrow,
Anger and forgiveness-
The blue and yellow dance across the white.
Good and evil
Dot the landscape in whites and blacks,
So close together they appear gray.
Budding emerald green
Covers the scene in verdancy
And a deep purple splashes a single corner,
A mysterious implication of generosity.
Rosy skies emerge from the chaos,
Washing the mural of morality
With comfort and familiarity.
So vibrant is this work of art,
So intricately detailed,
Yet my canvas remains blank-
Awaiting an artist to unvail it's story.
