The sun falls,
but our hopes don't.
The rain pours down,
but doesn't pour on our happiness.
We survive through all.
Yet at the end,
we're not the ones take care of, or noticed.
Only things destroyed go noticed.
Only things destroyed are rebuilt.
Our scratches and scars go unnoticed.
Our scratches and scares may even go unattended.
All because we have...
Survived.
