Wishing You Were Here

Here come the tears again,
Crying comes so easily
now that you are gone.
We take so much of life for granted
with days and nights passing as though they have no end.
Age we do and time passes far too quickly
as sickness, sadness, and trouble darkens our lives
and our eyes are finally opened in awareness.
Time moves on, taking life away
and then the crying comes, welling up tears
and the lonely emptiness is here.
And here I am lost, alone and crying
wishing you were here.

I was going through a rough time now that is something that most people think that kids don't know anything about having a rough time in life but we all do and life is always going to be tough and even if you have had a worse experience doesn't mean that other people can't have one too.
