Cotard Delusion
A mental illness in which a person believes they are dead or do not exist.
A woman in France who had this illness, convinced herself she had no stomach so she would not eat.
The boy in the back of class will convince himself he has no heart so he will not fall in love.
"You can't live emotionless forever," I said.
"Watch me," he mumbled.
