Split Heart MAG
It has never bothered me
Until after eight years that I noticed
One was neat and quiet
The other was loud and a mess.
When I’m in the neat and quiet
I rejoice to feel the peacefulness
Happy to see the green, but
Sometimes I just want to hear motor's roar coursing the r
o a d
When in the loud and messed streets
I cover my nose in disgust
But feel a certain familiar routine
But sometimes I pray just to start again.
Two places, both loved
But one heart.
You can take me out of my home
But you can't take my home out of me.
