Trapped Within

Blankly staring,
I am lost
within my
soul.
I am
completely
utterly
empty.
My organs function
but my
thoughts have
wandered
to the weariest corners
of my
hollow conscious
without caring about a
specific path.
The only way to
travel is
deeper into the
hazy
infinite
darkness
and I am left to
wonder,
How do I escape
myself?
