Chipotle
The aroma of the
heavily spiced
big burrito bowl.
Cloves and chives, accenting
the deep flavor of the medium-rare
steak bits,
in the brown beef bowl.
Crunching crisply the lettuce,
hot lemon salsa
trickling down my throat,
from the blisteringly blazing bowl.
Halfway eaten, the bowl calls out,
"Eat me! Eat me!".
Showing off its
delicate, flavorful, flesh.
The bubbling sour cream
enters my salivating mouth.
Fills me up with a delectable coldness
from the boldly bitter bowl.
The corn creaks out,
with its colorful yellow skin,
and sweet, tender inside all included,
in the bright, blooming, bowl.
Not much left now,
the mixture sits around.
Stir to get a better taste,
and use a fork and some spoons.
It brings so much happiness
With "everything except guacamole"
and fills me up within.
Excited to open up,
Every time.
Who knows,
What the
Big
Burrito
Bowl
Will hold next time.
My deep love for the fast food restaurant called Chipotle inspired me to write an amazing poem about it.
