The Wait
I'm sinking in belief
I'm stuck on all yours
and all your sweet lies that let me sleep,
as if I don't know your love is blind
for me.
I'm not here living now
but decaying with time
dolor drops in my eyes
until true love waits for me.
Your feet and hands unhinge me senseless
my soul eager for your demands
and all I see is Love
haunted by fear in your eyes.
I'm drowing in belief
I'm stuck on yours
and I'm not living but just
waiting in vain,
for true love waits
as the passionlesss unmoved cannot wake
and I do not leave
but wait,
desperate for your love to awake.
