Bits of books,
Movies,
Dreams,
Hopes,
The life where I can be anything
Where I can survive the greatest trials,
Know the deepest secrets,
Say the boldest things,
Get rid of my worst habits,
Give myself more knowledge,
The life I wish for myself
The things I wish were real
The people I created of my own mind
Who,
In my mind
Have free will,
But really I control
The solutions I dream up
To the conflict that I also dream
This is the life,
I made for myself
At night when I lie awake
In the car as I stare out the window
This is the life I wish I had
But I look at my real  life
And I am happy
I think of my imagination and laugh
