Living in Sin and Corruption
We stretch a foot at a time out of our mother’s womb.
Parents giving birth left to right in a corrupt world.
Wondering how their child is going to adapt to
this sinful world.
Worrying about how the world’s
going to perceive their precious child and how were
going to perceive this corrupt, sinful world that
surrounds us precious kids.
We grow up getting caught in things that we do not
belong in.
Things such as “gangs” or “cliques” that we shouldn’t
be entertaining.
Mothers worrying about whether their
precious kids are coming home tonight in whole or half.
All of this simply because we just want to fit in.
Everybody is literally everybody.
No one is different.
This is the world that surrounds me and smothers me in
corruption and sin.
