Heir To The Empire
He sat
alone,
nothing but a single Ysalamiri
on his white uniform shoulders,
his pale blue skin
and blood red, glowing eyes
studying,
planing,
waiting,
fighting for the Empire
Flying
alone,
nothing but Artoo
behind in the X- wing
his metal hand
and Jedi robe
looking,
learning,
trying to help,
fighting for the Republic
Feeling
alone,
nothing but her blaster
to keep her comfort
her gold red hair
bright green eyes
preparing,
plotting,
greving,
fighting for herself
Learning,
alone,
nothing but the Grand Admiral
to guide him
underestimating,
observing,
wishing,
fighting for the Empire
Waiting,
alone,
nothing but her unborn twins
stirring inside her
her soft brown eyes
and logical mind
hoping,
praying,
working,
fighting for the Republic
Working,
alone,
nothing but two vornkskrs
to keep him company
wondering,
waiting,
persuading,
fighting for himself
Living,
alone,
nothing but hundreds of minds
to control
prying,
playing,
warping,
fighting for the throne

I just finished The Thrawn Trilogy by Timothy Zahn it is a Star Wars based book. I love Star Wars and the characters in it. This poem shows the traits of some of the clasic Star Wars characters and some new to the books
