No One To Turn To, No One To Call
When you have no one to turn to and no one to call
It's a dark world and you're on your own
No one helps you, they all just leave
You're stranded all alone
No one to turn to
No one to call
They say they're your friend but it's a lie
You can't trust anyone except yourself
Other people will tear you down in order to build themselves up
Then you are left in solitude
No one to turn to
No one to call
The feeling of emptiness is overpowering
A giant hole is etched in my heart
I try to match puzzle pieces to the hole, but none seem to fit
Then I'm left in a state of desolation
No one to turn to
No one to call

I wrote this when I was sad and feeling lonely because sometimes it feels like no one truly understands you.
