The Little Old Man
The little old man is the last off the train
Hobbling on with his long wooden cain
He longs for the day when he once was so young
When he could lift a bat and hit a homerun
The crowd would cheer
And he would be pleased
Because just for the day, his parents bickering would cease
Then the little old man falls to the ground
His hip that he fell on makes a sickening sound
His chest tightens up and he can no longer breath
Yet he looks up to enjoy the oranging leaf’s
