Invisible Ghost
I have always felt invisible,
To everyone but me,
It's always been incredible,
How they look but do not see.
My name never matters,
No one remembers it anyway,
And my heart always shatters,
Because just once I want to be noticed in some way.
But through the halls I am ghostly,
Slipping in and out of view,
No one ever seems to see me,
Or doesn't ackowledge me if they do.
So next time you walk down the hall,
Saying hi to people you know,
If you see a ghostly figure against the wall,
Offer a light instead of casting a shadow.

Don't go through life ignoring people in some way. Just say hi once and you will probably make someones day a little brighter.
