Let it out. Cry, do whatever it is that you need to do that isn't harmful to you in any way, shape, or form.
Just DON'T hold it all in. It's bad and you can get sick because of it, trust me i know. Whatever is bothering you isn't a prolonged thing. It'll stay for a day or two and then disappear.
Keep in mind that these thing have a short time span, they're not meant to stay with you forever. Once their time's up they're no longer your problem, unless you keep thinking about them. Let the problems leave don't let them linger because then they'll become a problem.
Calm down and think of all the good times.
Think of who'll miss you if you leave.
What you'll be leaving behind.
What will you be missing?
The most?
The least?
Just know I'm always here for you!
