Nature's Greek Tragedy
She watched in horror
as the sky
bled with overwhelming pain
while its eyes swelled with tears
and its mouth screamed out
with a sickening sorrow
But in some strange way,
it was beautiful
because she finally came to realize
that although depression
drowns you from the outside in,
it'll never fully steal your life
Because there is an underlying spark
of hope
that you'll never fully be alone
for even Mother Nature
has to cry now and then
and that's perfectly okay.
