Ignorance is bliss
The crystal clear sky
With fluffy white clouds
They would take me to some other world
Away from the crowds
As an eight year old girl,
I imagined them to be
Fairies and funny animals
Creating a story
When I tried to see them again,
After a few years
I couldn't find them,
Those adorable running deers
Infact, now they looked like
Just plain clouds
No animals I could form
No fairies could be found
When I would first look at the sky,
I would imagine myself flying
Now the thoughts that I get are,
People go there after dying
So much has changed now
I see the ugly new,
That was a golden period
Though the memories were few
Those were the days old
The days that I miss
I couldn't help but feel
That ignorance is bliss
