Favorite Quote:
I stopped checking for monsters under my bed, when I realized they're inside me.

A sinking heart, struggling to come up for air
Deeper and deeper, to the abyss it goes
Suffocating, losing consciousness and hope
For it will never love and be loved
Or feel that familiar pain again
The dull aching, the bleeding
It remembers, but its memory is fading
The beating slows down, the darkness is welcoming
It's dying – slowly, steadily
Patiently waiting for it to be over
But, there! Something is coming
A dim light lazily stretching towards its direction
Growing brighter, brighter
Until all it sees is the blinding, white light
There is a chance, after all
It carefully picks up the heart and carries it upwards
Seems like hours, days, years pass
On the surface, the sea is calm, quiet
The gentle rocking of the waves is soothing
Healing and mending the drenched heart
At last, The Ship of Safety sails by
“A survivor of the wreck”
“A legend that will live on”
They restore its liveliness, its spirit
And the beating of the heart matches the beating of the drums

No beauty shines brighter, than that of a good heart.
