I wonder
I wonder why we fear the future. I wonder why round pizza comes in a square box. I wonder which armrest is yours at the movies. I wonder why we try to impress the wrong people. I wonder when we will have a world full of peace. I wonder when dreams become reality. I wonder what dreams are exactly. I wonder what causes the thoughts in our heads. I wonder why some people think suicide is the only answer. I wonder where that other sock went that my dryer somehow ate. I wonder what my dog thinks when I give her a kiss. I wonder what time is exactly. I wonder what cool things actually happen in the sky at night but we never notice because we are too busy looking down at our phones. I wonder how people actually like jello. I wonder why men and women have such different thoughts. I wonder why we say we will never do something but we always do. I wonder what miracles really look like. I wonder why people make promises then never keep them. I wonder how people can cheat in a relationship. I wonder why people keep so many things in their head because they can never let them out. I wonder why overthinking kills happiness. I wonder why we go back to the things that continue to hurt us. I wonder why we say that we are okay when we really aren't. I wonder why I can’t put mascara on without my mouth open. I wonder why we wonder about so many things.
