Look into her past, and you'll find, not her
But what she left behind
With her wide-open, yet closed eyes
Shelooks ahead, longing to find comfort inside
With her sad eyes closed
She looks to the inside of the ones she think she knows
Nobody is who they seem
But that's what the naked eye can not see
Her past is there for a reason
Through all of the teasing
And closed eyes
She has learned how to see people for what they are on the inside. That's where she found the comfort she longed for
Looking behind others closed doors
