Can we have a telling day?

A day to share our secrets?

A day to pur our hearts out

A day to have no weakness?

Can we have a telling day?

A day to share our thoughts?

I'll open up my mind

seperate all my knots.

Can we have a telling day?

A day to share our fears?

There won't be any worries

there won't be any tears.

Can we have a telling day?

A day to share our lies?

To confess our fibs, every one

tie together all lose ties.

Can we have a telling day?

Can we have one, please?

I really really need one,

I'm begging on my knees.

I guess we'll have a telling day

I guess it will be soon

don't worry, it'll be helpful

like the tide is with the moon

Thank you so much @CaseyChickenWang I appreciate your comment so much and you really understand the depths of my poem:) I read your work "Alone" and it was amazing, the tribute was perfect and it put the entire story of Alice in Wonderland in a new light for me, so thank you!! Please write more:)

I am absolutely in love with this. It's short and simple but it conveys a desire that lies within us all - the desire to have people read us and accept us as we are. I especially love the verse "separate all my knots." Now, Can we please please PLEASE have a telling day?
