Lake Inferior

Chipped, my spirits,
Diminished by human liquids,
Tears,
Damned be the sad travelers that destroy my domain,
Gaps in my knowledge,
Loopholes in my life,
Holes that last forever,
Dubbed Lake Inferior,
Negativity coursing through my armor,
Gushing out of bounds,
Mealtime for the hounds,
Put up a wall, own my problems,
They try to knock me down,
Efforts to let loose my wet noose,
Eliminate my boo hoo’s,
Replace it with Blue’s Clues,
What’s so hard to grasp,
Can’t you see I’m smiling?
