Mirrored
Words can’t express,
The misery behind these eyes.
As only a reflection,
Will reveal who I despise.
He who stand there,
Hidden in the reversal.
I hide it for the others,
Is that something universal?
Though I can’t escape,
The coldness of it’s glare.
I will continue on,
In a world so unfair.
But note that it follows,
Me and others that look.
The shadow in the mirror,
That which has me shook.
The demon within,
In that plain revealed.
A hidden pain I thought,
Had long since been sealed.
