Abused,
alcoholic,
suicidal,
rehab.
Will she ever be the same?
She birthed two daughters and gave them up when she was just 24.
Now she's married and birthed two more.
Last time I saw her she was stricken with deep depression.
Her daughter, knee high, started hitting her.
She bent to the floor trying to comfort her.
Her son started screaming. Don't leave me and her.
She's left her husband before.
She's Looking for a comfort, something familiar.
Now she's in rehab again.
Her parents divorced when she was very young.
Dad wanted polygamy and her mom said no.
After her father left, her mom wasn't there.
She started hating the world.
From 13-34.
Now she's learning coping skills.
Its been three months and she comes home next month.
She is not with her family this Christmas day.
She's still put away.
Will she learn?
Will she stay?
Does she know?
Is this what she needs?
Will she ever be the same?
