When they told you
Hell was somewhere you go
You shook your head
And told them
It’s inside you
And you claim
You can’t make art
But when you traced my spine
I felt like a masterpiece
And we scream
That we’re lost
But we know exactly
Where we are
So when darkness
Kisses the day
I’ll let you
Kiss me
And hell will become a masterpiece
That we’ll lose ourselves in
Every night
