Sparkling Smile
A family full of joyful smiles always bright. My sister’s smile always seen in the most interesting of moments, unkempt and unclean. My smile always seen with a crooked curve. A mended wound that appears like a clean white grin. My brother with a smile like pearls, never stained, never stained.
But my mother’s smile, always twinkling wish the joy of see our family. Always impressed and always visible. The stars are jealous of the glow and want to be her. They climb down from the heavens to steal it. My mother’s smile, a comforting sign to me and always, always a welcoming home.
