Daddys here
When i was learning to walk, i sometimes fell, but you were there
Whispering, Daddy's Here.
The first day of school, I was so scared, I didn't think i could do it all alone, but you whispered,
Daddy's Here.
When mom and I moved, I didn't want to leave you, but you whispered,
It's okay, Daddy's here.
When i came back, it had been years, i ran into your arms and cried, but you whispered,
Daddy's Here.
Last year when mom went to Heaven, I shut down, but you hugged me tight and whispered,
Daddy's Here.
Now here I am. Living with step-mom. We get along. But now your gone. My senior year you left for another family, a different life. I'm all alone.
Daddy, where are you?
Daddy's gone.
