The Herd
There’s something in the water that we drink
It’s a madness
A sickness of reality
It morphs our minds
Melts our souls
Until we are masses molded out of nothing
They don’t care for us
They don't care at all
This world is tormented not by others, but by ourselves
And we watch as our painted faces drip away slowly
And we quickly touch them up
They are not beautiful, but they are the same
