I'm cold
Will you allow me to love you?
I can't be the bonfire we were together but I can be your glowing coals. Let me comfort you with the knowledge that we were once ignited and we were beautiful and we were...
Fiery, alive, drenched in the gasoline that our pores seeped when we made love. That we set a flame every time we touched or glanced in each others eyes for a second too long. Together I was no longer cold, I no longer yearned to feel something because you burnt passion into my soul and your flames grew where I thought nothing could exist. We were young and we were in love and together we were no longer broken. So, if you ever grow cold will you let me remind you how loving you felt?
