Love
Some may think love is like a rose,
Beautiful and lovely,
Majestic and grand.
Some may think love is like a song,
Lilting and soothing,
Comforting and warm.
How wrong they are,
Those people to think,
That love is,
Any of those things.
Love is like a river,
Raging and strong,
Fearful and daunting.
The most horrific feeling-
You've ever had.
