Written Emotions
The flow of beauty
Glides across the satin paper
Rushing past the speed of time
Words inscribed by pen
Call from every sheet
And speaks what I had in mind
A peaceful race
Between mind and body
As the words spit out faster than I think
A picture painted
Inside the readers head
All created by a lightning strike of ink
This an outlet called upon
By me and many others
As we beg to free our thoughts
Because bottled up emotions
Need to be acted upon immediately
And such is what I was taught
