I never actually leave you
When I die
whenever that may be
I don’t want anyone to cry,
for I’m never truly be gone.
A leaf falling will be my hello.
The cricket will be my good bye.
The soft grass will be my touch.
The wind will be me talking.
The first ray of sunrise will be my good morning.
The majestic sunset will be my good night.
Your dreams of bliss will be reminders of good times.
Your laugh for no reason will be a signal of happiness.
So again when I die
I don’t want you to cry
But remember that I never actually am gone.
