I can't
the words drilled in my head
you can't i'm told everyday
you can't but must anyway
a world upon my shoulders
two parents love
and disapproval
a sinner
i am
so wrong
i am the only one with a chance
a blessing they say but to me a weight
i get all A's then slip with a B
and
i'm told to study
i never do drugs, drink or party
my life is lonely
boring and solitary
but when i listen to
a single bad song
all trusts curtains
are instantly drawn
where is the praise and things i crave in an un-perfect world?
