Our World
We live in a world
Dominated by only dust
Composed of hatred and lust
We live in a world
That doesn't know the truth
About anything from me to you
We live in a world
Of many hopes and dreams
Where we don't know what each means
We live in a world
Where birds sing their songs
Only to be deemed as wronged
We live in a world
That shows peace through war
Because the dead is always worth more
We live in a world
Where pain is absolutely free
And never let's one's strength be
We live in a world
Where we need guidance by hand
Because we simply do not understand
We live in a world
Where sympathy is just a thought
Because that was what we were taught
We live in a world
In which freedom loudly rings
But only the well-known may sing
We live in a world
That is improved by us
And slowly ruined by tear dust and rust
We live in a world
That we have "improved"
But we all know such is considered a lose
We live in a world
Where we make the lessons
From self hate to the loathing tension
We live in world
That only one may someday remake
When they decide to give more than they take
