Perfect Enemy
I can hear them
It's a sound
I used to cherish
Now I dance to it
All of them
Sing my Angels, sing!
Such a sick harmony.
Contagious and dangerous
Cowardly, yet proud
Do you remember now?
You used to sing along.
I hated you for it.
How blindly angry i was;
Deaf and consumed.
I understand now.
Contagious bastard!
They wont stop singing!
All of them
"Sing my angel, sing with us!"
So demanding and unforgiving
This is my gift to you
A finger pointing to the sky
You're all pretentious, tortured souls
You can't be saved without dying first.
