Devoted Obsession
Your eyes are golden brown
Your hair a glistening yellow
A person of charm and distinction, you are sweet and mellow
Oh what day I’d give to spend a day in your shadow
I’d follow you round and around, I’d never let you go
You’re my prize, my goal
My soul for your soul, to see it, to feel it, to be a part of it
Your smile is wide but just wide enough
Your teeth glow a beautiful white
I’m blinded, lost without sight, but I follow your voice
Like a warm summers glow you show me the way
Everyday, like Noah’s, I am your chosen two
I explode with emotion every once I see you
This poem is for you
To show to you at least just a token of my absolute devotion
