I built myself a wall
Keeping the wolves at bay
Never letting one in
However much I wanted to
I knew I would be hurt
And I was right
You came into my life
And my wall came down
Crashing all around me
I trusted you
Loved you
Gave you everything
And I was hurt
Everything goes the same
Hurt, betrayal, depression
I know I shouldn't trust
Cause I will get hurt
But I trusted you
And now I'm broken
You tell me it's all fine
That it'll never happen again
But it does
You never change
Never will
So once again
I build this wall
Keeping the wolves at bay
