perfect.
It’s a standard. It consumes us. Taunts us. It’s a label. It is how society defines beauty. Soon enough it goes to your head. Messes with it, and consumes you. You look in the mirror and see the reflection starring back at you. You are over whelmed with hatred. A hate that courses through out your body. Gets to the point where you cant even look anymore. You hate your self. To the point you look in the magazines and see the beautiful people and you pray to god you that you could look like that. It’s to the point you change your image. To the point you starve yourself. You’re in the bathroom stalls gagging your self. Just so you can be a size zero. You are passing out on the daily. It’s to the point you are getting rushed to the hospital. Your momma sitting next to you asking god what happened to her baby. It’s to the point you have completely lost your self. Who are you? When all you wanted to be was perfect. You craved perfection so much you let it destroy you.
