A place far away

and then suddenly
he was there
as if he had risen out
of the darkness behind my eyes
been birthed from the yearning
of my heart
he was enveloped
in the darkness
the darkness that held our hearts
his eyes twinkled
daring me to come closer
to touch him
to be with him
i could feel it
pulling me
tugging on mr
daring me to came closer
and as i reached
out
to kiss him
to put my tender lips
on his
the beautiful sorrundings
around me fell away
and i was left
in my room
alone
with nothing but a
memory
