Because
This government trumps this
pump, the economy,
holding up these ropes,
yet still dope, and its broke.
Because of the system
these sisters and brothers, they
rinsing in the pools, yet these
pools pits crits are still
pinchin for some water.
What is a man in many
because of reason I’m ready
It kept fast then up until
its steady for war.
Among many and more this storm is sickening,
picking at the children with worms
and acts of power. The sour taste of
enemies down below the towers,
it’s ticking me off, you know.
You don’t agree, then as I glee then
get out man, I need to set free,
Because of you, they’re all against
me and what I’m for, but that’s what I want.
This bomb drives itself, it
wants to taunt the twats that can defy it,
Yet you still rely on it,
failing to succeed while the rhymes grow deep,
and just as they creep on you, BAM,
see a hole in you and a grin on me.
They’re out to get you man,
I won’t be wrecked by a wimpy clan of
cowards who couldn’t keep up the speed.
Because of them, I’m angry,
Because of them, I’m banging the doors to
this prison cell, ripped apart by the
hate that I asked for man,
It was part of the plan, though,
when I dig out of the sand I’ll grow,
I’ll be here alone,
You’ll be here gone, sent.
And by then,
because of you, I have
my bent wings, they cry and ring
still though, out into the summit,
because I won it and singing still,
behind the glass you scream it seems
as if you don’t exist no more, your steam
coming out of your head gets the best of you,
you don’t even have a clue, I just pass you,
now whos the one whose glued to those walls,
whose fallen into whose shoes in which you cry
for life, its this or die, its time to get by man, can you just move aside,
this isn't no story, this ain't no book by you get away with a sigh,
this isn’t a fantasy man, you just telling a lie,
because of me, you’ll see what's right,
cause what was wrong will be gone now,
just this song creating a force of nature, in which
not written on paper, but embedded in my soul, man
this’ll be the last time when you’re going alone man,
this is what I’ve showed man,
Now I’ve stepped aside,
Now I’ve opened the door,
Now I’ve committed a crime that was worth waiting for,
Come into my shoes, man, come into my footsteps,
Ride out of the prison, and show em what you’ve got,
this wasn’t a part of the plot, but its worth the shot,
this is not why you should go, this is why you shouldn’t leave,
this is all the reason why I believe you’ll do whats right,
now go, put up your fists and fight,
and wait ready up and run until you’re out of sight.
