So long ago, so so long.
I hardly remember what once was...
got so used to the clatter,
impossible to hear the silence.
Got so used to the lights,
can hardly stand the mundane.
Used to love the stars,
now all I see is black.
Somber words, jazzy melody
of my own fabrication,
lost in the informality of creation.
Stoneware between my thumb
and fingers, slowly,
slowly pirouetting.
Tranquil hues, my life's work.
I left, for what reason?
Whose words told me to stay away?
Remember, I can not.
So long ago, so so long.
