My eyes gaze up at a dappled sky of vivid azure and gossamer white.
The kaleidoscope of hues warp at my whim
as a nebulous sky is no longer all that meets the eye.
From downy puffs of white arise a herd of stallions
undulating through the sky.
Then with a mighty gust, my visions are scattered and all that remains
is the kaleidoscope of hues.

My eyes gaze up at that same dappled sky of vivid azure and gossamer white.
The kaleidoscope of hues seem to warp at my whim
as a nebulous sky is no longer all that meets the eye.
From a downy puff of white arises a single stallion
undulating through the sky.
Then with a gentle zephyr, my vision is scattered and all that remains
is the kaleidoscope of hues.

My eyes gaze up at that same dappled sky of blue and white.
The kaleidoscope of hues fixed rigidly apart
as a nebulous sky is all that meets the eye.

My eyes gaze up at a different sky
one of blue and of white.
