Greed

Greed is deceiving. He lives in luxury, but has no money. He is dark, handsome, and young. His fancy clothes and clean cut appearance hides the tattoos and filth that lingers beneath. He plays poker every weekend with his friend’s, Money and Power. He plays in silence waiting and plotting to take them for all they have. He returns week after week only to do the same thing. Crying for “More, More, More.”
He has a sister named Meek. She calls him daily pleading towards him with calm and gentle words. And daily he breaks and tells himself it won’t happen again. Then when he wakes in the morning there is a bad taste in his mouth. A taste that can only be quenched with more money and more power. So he takes a walk in the park to talk and converse with people. He appears innocent, but is guilty of stealing and taking from them. Then he goes and boasts in the streets of his wealth and power.
Many want to silence him, but by silencing him you only make him louder.

I really like this! Especially how you made qualities with human traits. You have a good imagination:)

I liked it, but could have done without the super-confidence boost comment above about how awesome it is. Let it be awesome just because it's awesome. If it is, of course.

It was an okay poem, I did something like it in a writing camp. Good use of words.
