Our life, though short,
Is empty.
Our life, though long,
Is full.
Our life, throughout time,
Is never-changing.
Our life, at one point,
Is always changing.

Life contradicts itself.
We life it,
But don’t understand it.
We try and try and try,
But fail.
Most live as they want
With no care.
They just don’t care.

But they should care.
They live this life.
They breathe life’s breath.
They are us,
We are them,
United on one planet.
One Earth.
One life.

Unanswered questions
And unquestioned answers,
We all have them.
All about life.
Life is out mystery
To unfold.
Our mystery
To answer.

Our life, though short,
Is never-ending.
Our life, though long,
Is too short.
We live long enough
Only to do our part,
To make our impact,
To live our life.
