Forgetting
Two Hearts
"Forever" Intertwined
You Beg Me
To tell what I find
Though what I tell
May Break your Heart
It pains mine
To be one to play a part
Drowning in your gaze
Your never-ending craze
Of forgetting everything
That you were nothing
though what i tell thine
To be one to play the part
before that it was this
before flame was bliss
the joy you found in me
in our obscurity
gone
one i can see
by the distance in your eyes
you were sure you could satisfy me
with your hyperbolic lies
though I begged for more
my heart was torn
let it now be reborn
when in the storm
we find a reason
to love
through this pain
We found a path
That led us back to each other
The book’s cover is new
But its pages are worn
Words are missing
Letters have gone awry
So you are left to assume
what to put in their places
in those empty spaces
And since you can’t be sure
One hundred percent
You make an educated guess
Without any education on the subject
Me
And so you continue the Craze
That is much more than a phase
and you’ll keep forgetting
Until you just forget me
