My Tears
My tears are all dried out
Like the darkness of my soul
A soul drenched in hatred
Hatred that corrupts
Corrupts the heart
A heart that if full of darkness
A darkness that slowly brings down my confidence
A confidence that isn’t hard to find
But also hard to handle
Through the grief and tears
Tears that seem to last a lifetime
A lifetime full of misery
Misery full of misshapen and wrongful
This forever lives within me
Lives in the depth of my heart & soul
Soul as big as the world
The world big as a sea
Only to bury
Bury me beneath
All that lies
Under the sea
Soon will cover me
Me and my dried out
tears!
