Do it once more

happy, sad, Mad
I can't control it

laugh, cry, scream
It hurts so much

cheerful, depressed, anger
it turns people away

I don't know what to do
I feel like there is no escape.

I'm dealing with bipolar. My mood changes make people not want to be around me. It's not something that just goes away.

I had no idea what bipolar really was until now, you did a great job on explaining what it's like. I had no idea that it was that difficult! Amazing poem! :)
